We want you to be stoked with your gear, but if something isn't right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that skated decks cannot be returned once gripped or assembled.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in brand new, resellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely package the items and include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your order number and contact details.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send the package via a tracked service to our Cardiff store address; we recommend keeping your postage receipt until processed.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange.
